Comply Reminder provides renewal tracking and reminder tools for trades businesses. For your customers' data, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor.
Your account details, your customers' names, contact details, addresses, certificate dates and uploaded files, whether they agreed to receive texts, and a log of reminders sent.
Only to provide the service: showing renewals, and sending reminders you have set up. Texts are only sent to customers who agreed, and every text includes "Reply STOP to opt out".
You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Your customers can ask you to remove their details.
Each business can only see its own records. Files are stored privately.
